Privacy policy.
Effective November 4, 2026. A detailed explanation of our website, your choices, and the advertising services we plan to use.
1. Who operates this website
The website at autobuskestanice.com is operated under the AUTOBUSKESTANICE company brand. In this policy, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the operator of this publication. Questions, privacy requests, and concerns can be sent to dgdhgedgdhfdgddgdgg@gmail.com. Please identify the website and the nature of your request so that it can be directed appropriately.
This policy concerns information processed through this website and correspondence with its operator. External websites, advertisers, payment services, or applications you choose to visit have their own notices. Our use of a brand or product name in an article does not imply that the manufacturer operates this publication or controls our editorial content.
2. Current operation and planned advertising
At the effective date, the website provides articles, local search, category filters, a browser-based reading list, and email contact links. It does not provide visitor accounts, public comments, a checkout, a subscription database, or an email contact-form service. Article photographs are delivered from this website. The optional reading list operates in your browser.
We plan to support the publication with Google AdSense and advertising delivered through Google Ad Manager, including demand from Google Ad Exchange (AdX). Advertising code is not active in this release. The advertising sections below explain the intended processing when those services are enabled. Before activation, we will make sure the named providers, consent controls, and vendor disclosures reflect the advertising configuration actually in use. This notice does not mean that Google is already receiving advertising requests from this release.
3. Information you choose to provide
If you email us, we receive the email address you use, the name or signature you include, your message, attachments, and associated correspondence information. We use this material to understand the enquiry, respond, investigate corrections or rights concerns, and keep a relevant record of the matter. Your email provider and ours also process messages under their own service and privacy terms.
Please send only information relevant to the request. We do not ask readers to email passwords, payment-card details, full identity documents, or sensitive personal records as a condition of reading articles. If verification is necessary for a privacy request, we will seek information proportionate to the request rather than assuming that a government identification document is always required.
4. Technical information generated by a visit
To deliver and protect the website, hosting and network services can process an IP address, request time, requested URL, response information, browser and operating-system details, referring page where supplied, and technical or security logs. These details support page delivery, troubleshooting, abuse prevention, and service reliability. An IP address can also indicate an approximate geographic area; this is different from access to precise device GPS information.
The site does not request your device’s precise geolocation, camera, or microphone. We do not operate a visitor identity profile or combine the optional reading list with an account. Browser settings, network services, and access-control features of the hosting platform may independently affect what technical information is generated or retained.
5. Reading list, search, and browser storage
When you choose to save an article, its identifier is stored under the localStorage key autobuske-reading-list. This allows the site to show saved stories on the same browser and device. The application does not send the contents of this list to our server, and the list does not automatically follow you to a different browser, device, or account.
You can remove individual saved articles, use the clear-list control on the Cookies & browser storage page, or clear the website’s site data through your browser. Search and topic filtering operate on content already available in the page. A search submitted through the search form can appear in the page URL and therefore in browser history or ordinary technical request logs.
6. Google AdSense, Ad Manager, and AdX
When advertising is enabled, Google AdSense may supply advertisements, while Google Ad Manager may manage delivery and auctions that include AdX demand and other selected advertising partners. Depending on configuration and your choices, Google and participating partners may receive information such as the page URL, IP address, browser or device characteristics, approximate location, advertising or cookie identifiers, consent signals, and events describing ad delivery or interaction.
Advertising systems may use that information to deliver and display ads, measure impressions, clicks and viewability, limit repeated exposure, assess performance, detect invalid traffic, maintain security, and, where permitted and consented to, personalize advertising. These are distinct purposes. Permission for one purpose does not automatically authorize every other purpose. We do not transmit the contents of private email correspondence or your locally stored reading list as advertising audience data.
7. Advertising cookies and similar technologies
Third-party vendors, including Google, can use cookies to serve advertising based on visits to this website or other websites. Google’s advertising cookies can allow Google and its partners to display ads informed by activity across participating sites. Other selected advertising vendors may use their own technologies, subject to the applicable configuration, disclosures, and choices.
Cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, and similar mechanisms can have different lifetimes and purposes. Before advertising is activated, we will identify the actual technologies and parties involved through the consent notice and vendor information. We do not publish a fabricated list of cookie names or expiration periods as if those cookies have already been observed on this website. See Google’s advertising-cookie information and our Cookie policy.
8. Personalized, contextual, and limited advertising
Personalized advertising can use information about interests or activity across sites. Contextual or non-personalized advertising may instead relate to the page being read, broad location, or other permitted context. Choosing non-personalized advertising should not be understood as a promise that no information is processed or that no cookie or storage access can occur.
Google explains that non-personalized ads can still use cookies for purposes such as frequency management and aggregated reporting. Limited-ad modes also have configuration-dependent technical processing, including delivery and, in some cases, fraud-prevention storage. The applicable consent and disclosure requirements therefore depend on the actual mode and processing. We will not treat the label “non-personalized” as a substitute for required privacy choices.
9. Consent and choices in Europe
Where consent is required for optional storage or the associated processing, we will obtain the required choice before activating it. Simply visiting the site does not mean agreement. When personalized Google advertising is offered to visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Google requires a certified consent management platform integrated with the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework.
The consent interface should explain the actual purposes and vendors, provide applicable acceptance and rejection choices, and make later changes or withdrawal available. Withdrawing consent affects subsequent processing and does not retrospectively invalidate processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Before such an interface is active, the Privacy choices page identifies the current no-advertising state rather than presenting decorative controls that claim to manage an absent advertising service.
10. Advertising partners and their own policies
The actual advertising recipient list depends on the account and ad-serving configuration. Google provides publishers with controls for selecting advertising technology partners; the full list of partners eligible for Google advertising is not the same as the list selected for this website. Before advertising is enabled, we will identify the applicable recipients through the consent and vendor information, with links explaining their data practices.
Google’s general notices are available in its Privacy Policy, information about partner websites, and advertising technology notice. Google and other partners can have responsibilities independent of this publication. A link to their policy does not replace our responsibility to explain the disclosures we make through this site.
11. Purposes and legal grounds
Our purposes include delivering the publication, maintaining security and reliability, responding to correspondence, investigating corrections and rights requests, providing the optional reading list, and supporting advertising when enabled. Where a legal basis is required, the relevant basis depends on the activity and applicable law. This can include consent for optional advertising processing, legitimate interests in operating and protecting a basic publication where permitted, and compliance with legal obligations.
Legitimate interests do not provide a blanket exemption from rules requiring consent for device storage or advertising. If correspondence concerns a proposed commercial arrangement, processing may also be necessary to respond to that request or administer an agreed relationship. We do not use the act of reading an article as a general authorization for unrelated marketing, nor do we use this policy to claim consent that has not actually been obtained.
12. Categories of recipients
Information may be handled by the website’s hosting, content-delivery, security, and email service providers as necessary for their functions; by the operator when dealing with correspondence; and, when enabled and permitted, by Google and selected advertising partners. Professional advisers, authorities, or other parties may receive relevant information when necessary to address a legal obligation, establish or defend a legal claim, or respond to a lawful request.
We seek to limit disclosure to what is relevant for the purpose. A business transfer, restructuring, or comparable transaction could involve necessary information about the publication, subject to applicable protections and notice requirements. We do not describe an unverified list of service providers as the actual configuration, and we do not imply that every company eligible to participate in an advertising ecosystem receives every visitor’s information.
13. Sale, sharing, and targeted-advertising choices
Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising more broadly than an exchange of information for money. Certain advertising disclosures can fall within those definitions. Consequently, an advertising-supported website should not claim that it never sells or shares information solely because it does not sell a mailing list. The relevant question is what data flows actually occur and which law applies.
At this release, no advertising code is active. Before enabling data flows that require an opt-out, we will offer the applicable choice, including a clear way to request that covered sale or sharing stop. You can already contact dgdhgedgdhfdgddgdgg@gmail.com about this subject. Local browser storage used for the reading list is not sent to advertising partners by the current application.
14. Browser controls, GPC, and Google settings
You can manage cookies and site data in your browser. Blocking or deleting storage can remove saved articles and may require you to make privacy choices again. When advertising is active, an opt-out can be specific to a browser, device, account, or provider. Google’s own controls are available through My Ad Center. Changing Google account settings does not automatically perform every action available through a website’s consent interface.
Global Privacy Control (GPC) is a browser signal that can express an opt-out preference. Where applicable law requires recognition of such signals, we will honor them for the covered advertising disclosures. The Privacy choices page can show whether this browser exposes a GPC signal; that display is not a claim that an external provider has received an opt-out. Older “Do Not Track” signals are not treated as an automatic substitute for legally recognized opt-out controls.
15. Your privacy rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to obtain information about processing; access, correct, or delete personal information; obtain a portable copy where required; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or opt out of covered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. These rights can be subject to conditions and exceptions, including records that must be retained for a legal obligation or the establishment or defence of a claim.
Where applicable, you may complain to a competent privacy regulator and exercise rights without unlawful discrimination. This notice does not assume that every regional law applies to every activity or visitor. It does provide a contact route for asking which information is held and how a request can be addressed. We do not require a website account to send a privacy enquiry.
16. How to submit a request
Email dgdhgedgdhfdgddgdgg@gmail.com. Tell us which right or concern you wish to address, the email address used in relevant correspondence, and enough context to locate the information. For a website issue, include the relevant URL. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive documents. A request to clear a reading list can usually be completed directly in your browser because the application does not hold that list on our server.
We may ask for proportionate verification when necessary to protect personal information, or for evidence that an authorized agent may act on your behalf. We will explain a refusal or limitation where required and provide an available appeal route when applicable. Requests will be handled within the period required by the law governing the request, including any permitted extension with appropriate notice.
17. Retention and deletion
Information should be kept only for as long as needed for its stated purpose, a relevant legal requirement, or the establishment or defence of claims. Correspondence may need to remain available while an enquiry, correction, rights matter, or related dispute is unresolved. The retention of hosting and security logs depends on the provider, purpose, and service configuration. We do not promise a fixed deletion period that has not been established for those systems.
The reading list remains in your browser until you remove items, clear it, clear site data, or your browser removes that storage. Once advertising is enabled, cookie and identifier lifetimes will depend on the actual providers and technology and should be described through the relevant vendor and consent information. Deleting browser data does not necessarily erase information already held lawfully by a service provider.
18. International processing
The internet services used to deliver this publication and handle email may process information in countries other than the one in which you live. Google and advertising partners may also operate internationally when advertising is enabled. Different countries can have different privacy protections. Where a transfer requires a legal safeguard, the applicable provider arrangements and transfer mechanisms must address that requirement.
We do not claim that all website information stays in a single country. Google publishes information about its own data-transfer frameworks. Those statements describe Google’s arrangements; they do not establish every other provider’s arrangements. Contact us if you need information about the handling of a specific correspondence or processing activity.
19. Security and data minimization
We limit the current application’s collection by providing static articles without a visitor-account database or a public comment system. Appropriate safeguards should reflect the sensitivity and purpose of the information involved, including access management, secure service configuration, maintenance, and investigation of suspected misuse. No website, network, or email system can be guaranteed completely secure.
If you identify a security concern, contact dgdhgedgdhfdgddgdgg@gmail.com with the affected URL and a concise description. Do not include another person’s confidential information or attempt to obtain it to demonstrate a concern. Where an incident creates notification duties, we will address those duties under the applicable requirements rather than making an unsupported promise that no incident can occur.
20. Children and sensitive information
This is a general-audience technology publication and is not designed to collect personal information from children under 13. We do not provide child accounts or request a reader’s age as a condition of reading. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not have been collected, please contact us so the circumstances can be investigated and appropriate action taken.
We do not knowingly use children’s information for prohibited personalized advertising or knowingly sell or share minors’ information where the required authorization is absent. We also do not ask readers to provide sensitive categories of information for advertising. The subject of an educational article should not be treated as permission to infer or disclose a reader’s sensitive personal circumstances.
21. External links and future services
Articles link to primary sources, product documentation, image-license pages, and other relevant references. Following those links takes you to services operated by others. Their practices can differ from ours, and a source citation is not an endorsement of every function available on the external service. In the current release, article photography is stored locally rather than fetched from a remote image host when you read the page.
If accounts, newsletters, analytics, embedded media, forms, or other materially different features are introduced, we will describe their data handling before or when they become available. We will keep this policy aligned with the services actually provided.
22. Changes and contact
We may revise this notice when practices, providers, or relevant requirements change. The effective date identifies this version. We will explain material new purposes or advertising integrations and provide any required notice or consent choice. Continuing to browse after a change is not used as a substitute for consent where consent is legally required.
